Mansfield District Hospital provides a range of services to ensure that our patients receive the highest possible standard of care. A nurse educator is employed to assist with this process which encompasses a mix of both in service and external education. Our Quality Coordinator oversees a comprehensive monitoring system to maintain continuous quality improvement of service provision.

During your stay at Mansfield as an inpatient you will be treated with care and courtesy. Your privacy is assured under the Privacy Act and any complaints or suggestions will be handled promptly and outcomes reported back to you.

Mansfield Hospital is a public hospital but also has private beds. Our doctors are Vistiing Medical Officers from local clinics in Mansfield. Each morning the Visiting Medical Officers come to the hospital to see their patients.
